Jason Wilson

Jason Wilson was appointed as Spin Master’s EVP & Chief Information Officer (CIO) in September 2022 overseeing all IT and adoption of digital technology. In his role, he is committed to leveraging technology to improve both customer and employee experience and is responsible for collaborating across key business areas to co-create strategic and transformational plans for Spin Master.

A transformational change leader with global experience in the implementation of digital enabled technologies designed to deliver digital modernization, Jason has worked for major companies like Hudson’s Bay Company, Loblaw Companies Limited. He has held senior leadership positions for both B2B and B2C businesses, including serving as CIO at Samuel Son and Co. and Global Technology Officer for Manulife Financial. An agile technology veteran, Jason also has an entrepreneurial background as a Co-Founder of a successful technology start-up.

Passionate about philanthropic work and volunteering, Jason is actively involved with many charities including one that helps families in adverse situations abroad find new and safe homes.

A graduate from Queen’s University, Jason holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physics and is a global member of Microsoft’s Customer and Technology Advisory boards.
