Glen Eddie is Spin Master’s EVP & General Counsel, overseeing all facets of the Company’s global legal function.
Glen worked with Spin Master for more than 25 years as an Equity Partner in the Corporate/Commercial Group at Torkin Manes LLP, advising the company on a wide range of legal matters.
During his tenure at Torkin Manes LLP, Glen advised businesses and individuals on all aspects of corporate and business law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, information technology licensing, regulatory compliance, and director and shareholder matters. He also supported clients through acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements, and provided guidance on emerging technology issues, including online privacy.
Glen is a member of the Ontario Bar and holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University and an LLB from Western University.
